In the Ombudsman’s words

Mr R paid for his wife to have reconstructive cosmetic surgery. It later became apparent that the implants used in the surgery were not fit for purpose and Mr R says this is a breach of contract. His wife subsequently had surgery again to have the implants removed. Mr R has asked for a refund of the faulty implant surgery under Section 75Card dispute or chargeback
