Barclays agreed that Mr H could either revert to the terms of his original mortgage or continue with the term extension to 25 years. That appears to be a reasonable response to dealing with its error. It should also compensate Mr H for the disappointment he suffered as a result of the poor service provided by Barclays.Complaint handling
