Mr B complains that National Westminster Bank Plc allowed his now deceased partner (Mr K) to steal from their partnership accounts.Unauthorised transaction
The bank transferred the original partnership borrowing to its recoveries department in May 2012, saying that this was because no progress was being made on the sale of the business. In August it began to write to Mr B about missing payments on his own loan.Charges and fees
