Santander decided that N was ineligible for the loan it had obtained, so it terminated the agreement and recalled the funds. Santander removed the credit balance held in Mr M’s personal account, of around £11,100, and subsequently applied this to the amount owed by N in respect of the Bounce Back Loan.Account closed or refused
