Paypal decided to review Mr B's account and asked Mr B to provide it with further information about his identity and account payments he'd received. Two days later, Paypal took the decision, having reviewed the information it had received from Mr B, to permanently limit access to the account. Paypal also said that Mr B couldn't withdraw the balance of the account for 180 days.Funds blocked or frozen
