This complaint is about a mortgage application Mr L made to Bank of Scotland plc trading as Halifax. Mr L, who is represented in the complaint by his father Mr K, complains that Halifax reduced the amount it was willing to lend him shortly before he exchanged contracts.Mortgage administration
