Sat Dec 31deadline to accept (not the decision date)

What this decision was about
Treatment in financial difficulty, Charges and fees
In the Ombudsman’s words
CP’s accounts were transferred from general business banking to Lloyds’ Business Support Unit. This was to enable CP’s relationship manager to explore the options available to help the business and avoid foreclosure on CP’s loans and overdraft.Treatment in financial difficulty
Mr P was also very unhappy that Lloyds took more than £42,000 from CP’s current account in March 2017. Mr P said this made any attempts to reduce the overdraft or bring it back within its limits impossible to fulfil.Charges and fees

This page summarises the Ombudsman’s published final decision. The document itself is the record: DRN7032930.pdf on financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
The outcome shown is the Ombudsman’s own published classification, not our reading of the text. Nothing here is legal advice, and a decision concerns only the complaint it was made about.
