In the Ombudsman’s words

Landmark said that Mrs L had taken a payment holiday between December 2009 and February 2010. It explained that when she re-started payments, after the payment holiday, her CMS should have been be set at £615.80. However, due to an error on Landmark's part the CMS was set at £433.70 instead.Mortgage administration

This page summarises the Ombudsman’s published final decision. The document itself is the record: DRN5924322.pdf on financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

The outcome shown is the Ombudsman’s own published classification, not our reading of the text. Nothing here is legal advice, and a decision concerns only the complaint it was made about.
