Mr A complained that he had made a genuine mistake and that no consideration had been given to his situation. He was charged a default sum when the repayment was not made on the due date, and when a further attempt to take the payment from his bank account failed.Treatment in financial difficulty
Microcredit said that Mr A had selected the repayment date and this could not be changed. He chose not to apply for the ‘roll-over’, and charges and interest had been added to the account in accordance with the loan agreement.Charges and fees
