I note that John Lewis sent Miss H two default notices on 13 December 2012 and 8 May 2013. A default was registered on Miss H’s credit file on 28 February 2013.Credit file reporting

I note that the John Lewis told Miss H that outbound collections activity would be suspended whilst this service was considering the complaint. It seems however the Miss H received some collections calls from John Lewis around the beginning of 2013.Complaint handling
