Ms S complains about a number of cash withdrawals made on her Nationwide Building Society credit card account. She says she didn’t make the transactionsUnauthorised transaction
He also recommended Ms S’s credit file be amended and £250 paid for any distress and inconvenience this had caused. Nationwide accepted that it should refund the transactions and interest and also agreed to amend the credit file.Credit file reporting
