Santander closed both her savings account and her current accountAccount closed or refused
Santander has sent me a copy of a call recording from April 2020. During this call, Mrs O expresses her concerns over the ... I took these things into account when coming to an award for distress an inconvenience. This page summarises the Ombudsman’s published final decision. The document itself is the record: DRN-4217390.pdf on financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

The outcome shown is the Ombudsman’s own published classification, not our reading of the text. Nothing here is legal advice, and a decision concerns only the complaint it was made about.
