Mr K complains that HSBC Bank Plc has charged him too much interest on a number of personal loans dating back to 2005. Mr K says that HSBC didn’t take account of his financial situation and has profited from his financial difficulties.Irresponsible lending
Mr K says that he still found it difficult to meet the repayments and in 2012 he contacted HSBC for help. He says that HSBC allowed him another loan which reduced his monthly payments further but has charged him a high interest rate.Interest and rates
