Mr A has complained that CashEuroNet UK LLC trading as Quick Quid (“Quick Quid”) did not provide any assistance when he told them he was experiencing financial difficulty repaying a loan.Treatment in financial difficulty
He also recommended Quick Quid contact Mr A to set up a repayment plan for the outstanding balance. Quick Quid accepted the adjudicator’s findings but Mr A did not. He said Quick Quid should remove any trace of the loan from his credit file and compensate him.Credit file reporting
