Ms J also complains that Santander phoned her in late June 2017 and asked to speak to L about her father’s accounts. She explained to Santander that L had never had a power of attorney for her father. But she says Santander refused to discuss the matter with her and insisted she didn’t have a power of attorney for her father.Identity checks and access
