He believes the lending decisions made by HSBC were irresponsible, both when he applied for the card in the first instance, and later when the limit was increased. He has asked that HSBC write off the outstanding balance and provide him with compensation for the distress and upset he has experienced as result of its failure to support him as a vulnerable consumer.Support for vulnerable customers
