Mr J complains that Mortgage Agency Services Number Five Limited (MAS5) unfairly increased the interest rate on his mortgage from 2.99% to 6% from 2009 onwards.Interest and rates
He says the increases were not made in line with the terms and conditions of his mortgage. Mr J also complains about the way MAS5 has treated him in relation to his mortgage account generally, as it hasn’t taken into account his personal circumstances, or recognised he’s a vulnerable customer.Support for vulnerable customers
