In the Ombudsman’s words
Mr R says Moneybox Cash LISA customers who opened their account prior to 17 August 2020 have been treated unfairly compared to new Moneybox Cash LISA customers because of the disparity in interest rates between new and existing customers.Interest and rates
Mr R also says that Moneybox Cash LISA customers who are classed as vulnerable can’t access their funds without a penalty on their Cash LISA. He says that Moneybox should be making a reasonable adjustment for him under the Equality Act 2010.Support for vulnerable customers

This page summarises the Ombudsman’s published final decision. The document itself is the record: DRN-4175702.pdf on financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
The outcome shown is the Ombudsman’s own published classification, not our reading of the text. Nothing here is legal advice, and a decision concerns only the complaint it was made about.
